All I want for my birthday

So my birthday is coming up this weekend, and as much as I’m looking forward to it… It marks the 4 week countdown to my exam. YIKES!

Now that I think about it, the past 5 years of birthdays have definitely been interesting. Not that they weren’t great or anything either way, but I mean… I’m not sure how many people spend their birthdays taking 2 3hr midterms on the same day and just passing out to Family Guy by 11pm.

I’m going to do some karaoke-ing with friends at least one night, at least. And I know my family wants to hang out, and my brother is coming home… But as much as I know I’d love that, all I keep thinking about is studying.

So this year, all I really want is a gorgeous morning. Like today (to get me through my practice exam). Maybe a good 4 mile run. A good attitude to get me through more studying. And maybe some wine at the end of the night.

Ok ok, and maybe some flowers, too.

Oh! And my free Starbucks!

Birthday Weekend - post 2

After hanging out and performing with Main Stacks at [M]ovement Showcase, Marc took me to this place called Revival Bar and Kitchen that I’ve been wanting to try for the longest time. The food was on point and the waiters and hosts were so nice and attentive! Definitely a place to go on your birthday, or any day for that matter!
